Before disappearing into the American Heartland to tour for months at a time, Bari was a graduate of Syracuse University's Newhouse school. Landing her 1st job in television as the head researcher on the Jeffrey Dahmer trial for Court TV, she quickly realized that tracking serial killers for a 24-hour news network was a sure path to a nervous breakdown. If you like music that makes you feel good then we are proud to introduce you to, The Sunshine Road. Rated as the best of Connecticut and quickly becoming the nation's premiere feel-good family band, The Sunshine Road is out to brighten your day! They have won entertainment industry awards and star in their own television series, "The Sunshine Road Sing-Along Show". Their music has inspired hundreds of thousands of listeners and they have performed at a variety of venues, including Sesame Place, Six Flags Amusement Park, The Hartford Civic Center, Radio Disney concert events and the Pilot Pen Tennis Tournament. Their style is a mix of influences from Caribbean to 70's pop rock. It's a sound they refer as "A little bit of Sunshine and a little bit of rock and roll."
David Verdosci is the lead singer and songwriter for the Sunshine Road. Covering background vocals and percussion is his sister-in-law, Rhonda Mesenbourg. All of their children also get in on the fun. David's wife Paula helps to manage the group and Rhonda's husband Tim helps with the production. They are thrilled to be premiering "The Sunshine Road sing-along show", on The Family Channel: Pax TV's NorthEast Affiliate WHPX out of Boston.
